The Seferlis family has been working in the production of superior quality olive oil, from traditionally grown olive trees, since 1875. From generation to generation, we’ve learned to love our precious olive trees, we’ve delved into their secrets and we’ve committed ourselves to growing them. We grow our olive trees naturally, without the use of dangerous chemical pesticides, so that the quality of the olive oil remains intact.
Respecting tradition, and with our know-how and more than 100 years of experience at hand, we produce the “Seferlis Estates” genuine early-harvest olive oil (agoureleo) known for its special fresh olive aroma, its deep golden-green colour and its rich flavour.
We also produce delicious edible Kalamata olives picked from our own olive grove, and preserved in oil, vinegar and brine – a recipe handed down to us by our grandmother.

“Seferlis Estates” extra virgin olive oil comes from olive groves spread out across the fertile valley of Evrotas in Sparta. The trees grow under ideal weather conditions and at an altitude of about 350m. Our genuine extra virgin olive oil is produced from the two best olive varieties in Greece, the Koroneiki and Athinolia varieties, producing a blend tested over time by the Seferlis family. It is known for its exquisite aroma and taste, but also for its beneficial ingredients rich in nutrients, which are vital for our proper nutrition.
The safe conditions under which the fruit cold pressing takes place and the rigorous care taken for its subsequent storage and packaging in the family’s standardisation unit, ensure all its precious ingredients will remain intact.
Our company has been distinguished in the Quality Awards of the London International Olive Oil Competitions for seven consecutive years, winning the Gold Award in 2022 and 2023.
